Cleeve Hill
This part of the Cotswold Way is very distinctive in character with the path taking a circuit around the wide, open grassland of Cleeve Common. Looking "inwards" across the common, walkers will be treated to a variety of bird and wildlife, whilst looking "outwards" provides some of the finest views in the area. On "turning the corner" at the common's furthest point, walkers will reach a section of path offering dramatic views to Cheltenham and beyond whilst at intervals along this section of the path various landscape features such as a Neolithic burial mound and a promontory fort can be examined.
