Cotswold Way Accommodation

The Cotswold Way

Devil's Chimney

This section of the Cotswold way contains one of the route's most well known landmarks, the "Devil's Chimney". This rock stack is partly man-made being a residue of quarrying activity on Leckhampton Hill in times gone by.

The section of the National trail either side of the "Devil's Chimney" runs right along the escarpment edge, offering far reaching views into Wales on a clear day. Closer by, the tower of Gloucester Cathedral dominates the city's skyline. There are several Bed and Breakfast accommodation providers in this area.
